Our expert consultants can facilitate the development of a Strategic Plan with a series of dealership visits.  The Strategic Plan development is based on input from an organization’s entire management/associate team. We start with the end goals and desired objectives, and then reverse engineer a written strategic plan of action.  Each activity within the defined plan is supported with detailed steps that are time based. The accountability for each activity is given to a team leader with supporting associates.  The entire plan is written and reviewed several times by each team member until consensus is reached.

The organization then has a playbook to follow, adjust and constantly improve upon. This document is reviewed often to judge progress, so needed adjustments to the plan can be made. The most important part of the development of a strategic plan is that the leader of the organization buys in completely. Without this organized approach toward improvement, we tend to work hard but move slowly.
